Although you can use rice milk as a substitute in almost any recipe, I have found that it really does not work in batter, although I have no idea why ;) Had big disasters with it, so now only use soya milk for batter recipes, which works fine.

I find that provamel milk is fantastic for yorkshires. My yorkshires look like skyscrapers and taste delicious. :P
If anyone wants the receipe I am mpore than happy to share.

I've had a couple of disasters using oat milk too so I stick to soya milk for Yorkshires these days and never have any problems.
