I was diagnoised on thusday as diary intolerant. After growing up on a diary farm i find this really quite ironic. Any way just want to say hi as I will be asking a lot of questions I am sure

Ask away, I'm sure someone will be able to help you or at least point you in the right direction. I was a big fan of milky things, even to the point of being a rice pudding addict but I felt a whole lot better when I became dairy free. I wonder sometimes if we overdose on these things and that causes the problem. What sort of problems do you have with milk? I mainly suffered from hay fever and hives.

Anyway, welcome to the gang, I'm sure Lan will be along to welcome you to her site before too long.
