Hey,

I'm going to Crete in two weeks. Can anyone tell me what it's like sticking to a non-dairy diet over there? Is it possible to buy dairy-free food over there? Any recommended supermarkets to go to? I have bought two dietary cards from http://www.dietarycard.com (http://www.dietarycards.com) and listed some of the problem foods but I haven't been able to put all of them down. As this is my first time abroad with my intolerance, are there any othere tips anyone can give me about coping with it abroad? Eating out etc. etc?

Thanks,
Amy

Hi,

Sorry can't help but just wanted top ask where abouts you are going to..? we go in 3 weeks time (15/08/06) to Stalis - DS is lactose intollerant and was wondering the same thing.. he'll be 12 months old when we go so I'll be cooking most of his food in our apartment so a little more straightforward as I can atleast check what he's eating - when do you get back? i'd love to pick your brains on your experience if you are back before we go...

What do the dietry cards do? I clicked on the link but it didn't work..
