Quite a few new members with dairy intolerant/allergic children and babies ask for ideas particularly for finger foods, so I thought I would share with you what I buy for Zachary. Ingredients do change though so please check labels yourself before you buy anything:

Kidz organic fruit bar (strawberry, blackcurrant, apple flavours)
organic fruitus chewy cereal bar (various flavours)
Kidz break fruit and cereal bar (various flavours)
Some products available in Sainsburys and Tesco

Organix Goodies www.organix.com/products/Goodies (http://www.organix.com/products/Goodies)
Small Boxes of Raisins 18x 14g - £1.99
Fruit and Cereal Bars 6 x 30g - £2.09 (apple and orange, raspberry & apple, blackcurrant, organic munch bar)
Corn Snacks 39p per pack (sweetcorn rings, Carrot sticks)
Rice Cakes (plain, apple, orange flavours)
Gingerbread men biscuits
Animal biscuits

These are in most supermarkets

Also, not exactly a finger food, but handy to keep in your bag I buy the pouches of fruit puree, heinz do some apple ones in their toddler range, but I buy the "Ellas kitchen" ones
Ellas Kitchen Organic Smoothie Fruit www.ellaskitchen.co.uk (http://www.ellaskitchen.co.uk/)
stocked in Sainsburys £2.95 for a pack of 5

Tescos mini breadsticks are dairy free and used to keep Zachary quite happy in his high chair while waiting for his lunch.

Most of these are "treats", but are useful and convenient when you're out and about as a quick snack or a treat after a meal....and much healthier than the wotsits and chocolate that "normal" toddlers may be eating!! I usaully have a few rice cakes in Zacs bag and have bought some mini "sachet" type portions of marmite.

He also has lots of fruit (he loves bananas!)
