Quick question about checking ingredients lists - I found a website that listed all the things milk could be called on an ingredients list like lactose, casein ect. However on the dairy-intolerant page, it also had things to do with eggs......

May be a really blonde question but do I have to avoid eggs as well??? :(

Ta muchly,

No you don't. That is there for the benefit of some of us who are intolerant to eggs too.

No, as it's not really classed as a dairy product, but i do suffer when i take eggs too, it flares up my IBS, so i try to avoid it, can tolerate a little egg but it's a try and see method. Only way to find out, i guess is to take egg in your diet and see if there is a reaction.
