shortbread

8oz of pure sunflower spread
4oz caster sugar
mix together till well combined then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. mix
12oz of dove wheat free flour
mix well till all combined.

i then make individual round biscuits about 3cm accross.1cm high

into the middle of oven for 25 mins till golden brown.

enjoy.

no reason to not try using sultanas, maybe cinnamon instead. dip them in choc after. they are fairly forgiving so even if they go a bit wrong they will still taste ok.

Thanks for that Matt. I can use normal flour but have never attempted it with sunflower marg as all my recipes say butter. I'll have to give it a go.

I take any recipe that I used to make for cakes and biscuits and use soya spread instead of butter or marg and all have come out lovely.

Now I don't need to search shops to find nice cakes and goodies for Claire - I make them myself.

I have even done pastry - its LOVELY:)
