holidaying dairy free

Hi there've been quite a few threads recently about various aspects of travelling abroad dairy free.......Would it be worth having a section for specifically for this, say with a section for general things like insurance, luggage restrictions etc. and sections specific to destinations e.g dairyfree in spain, greece, france etc. then we can post experiences etc. specific to the destination.....food we've found in the supermarkets, good hotels/restaurants, translations etc.
I know I would find this helpful when planning/going on a holiday.
