Ingredients
150g (5oz) dairy free chocolate (I use Kinnerton)
carton of Alpro soya alternative cream (pre chilled in the fridge) or Oat cream (pre chilled in the fridge)
Vege-Gel or gelatine (I use Vege-Gel)
Sugar to taste
Method
Melt the chocolate in the microwave
Whip the cream until it has doubled in volume
Add the sugar to the cream
Combine cream and chocolate. Stir in the Vege-Gel. Leave to set in the fridge.
Note
I use half a sachet of Vege-Gel stirred into a little water. I then stir this into the mousse - if you stir it hard enough it doesn't go lumpy.
