Hi
just putting a gluten free prescription away and noticed that the packaging on the Dietary Specials White Cake Mix has changed.
The allergy advice flash now states contains maize and MILK
The only possibly milk based ingredient listed is "sodium steroyl lactylate", which sounds to be a highly processed derivative.
I just thought it worth a mention as I know some of you are highly sensitive to milk (and its derivatives) and also gluten free.
I have emailed the company and I am waiting for a reply
