Kinnerton Advent Calendar - Urgent notice Please read

I have today received Haylies 'dairy free' advent calender and it is MILK chocolate and contains cows milk in the ingredients allergy label on the back.

I have called Kinnerton but the customer services manager is off sick and will get back to me.

Please check if you have received one of these.

It may be a one off mistake but best to check.

That is not good.

It is possible that they don't print special packaging for the dairy free ones as they are in such limited numbers but I would have expected them to at least put a sticker over the ingredients list if this is the case. It is more than likely a mistake and a good job you noticed.

Kinnertons made a mistake a year or so ago (can't remember if it was easter eggs or advent calendars) and sent out either the wrong chocolate or contaminated chocolate and had to do an investigation afterwards, I remember receiving an e-mail from them.

Doh! Just seen the other thread on this further up. Anyway, a sticker would have been good, just to make the packaging look a bit different. I'm glad you got the right one though.
