Sainsbury's Freefrom Mixed Seeded Fruit Bread

All batch numbers and sell by dates

Routine testing has identified that these products may contain small traces of milk protein, which is not mentioned in the allergy advice on the packaging.

If you have a milk allergy, please do not eat the products. Please return the product to a Sainbury's store for a refund.

No other products are affected by this recall, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Posted 21 December 2006.

Thanks for that, we actually have some of the cake bars in as they are rather yummy. Mum was about to pack some to take away with us so I'm rather glad to read this!!

Why is it always Sainsburys? Do they keep making mistakes or is it just that they are the only ones to admit to it?

Just goes to show that you can't trust them if you have a severe allergy.
