Dairy-free cookbooks

I plan to purcahse the following dairy-free cookbooks from Amazon over the next few weeks. It make take a month or so for them to arrive (I live overseas) but as soon as they do I will post a reply to this message about the books and the kinds of recipese and suggestions they offer in case anyone finds it useful.
