Parsley Sauce?

Hi there... I'm desperately trying to find out if anyone knows of a great parsley sauce recipie or any other type of fish sauce. My son loves fish, but he always had it dry. I love cod in parsley sauce, but dont have it now as i refuse to cook 2 separate dinners (well 2 dairy and 1 non dairy). Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi Debbie, you should be able to make a parsley sauce using dairy free marg, flour and milk. Find a roux sauce recipe and substitute the "normal" ingredients with your dairy free substitutes, I'm sure it should work out fine.
