Alternative to Condensed Milk?

Does anyone know of a dairy free alternative to condensed milk?

I've found a couple of recipies I fancy which use it and was debating trying soya cream in it's place.

I also found banoffee pie but I just know that a little carton of soya cream isn't going to do very well simmering in my pan of boiling water for hours on end!

I don't think that there is an alternative. All I have seen is alternative milks eg soya, oat etc. Alternative creams are soya and oat. The Supreme oat cream is thicker than the soya cream.

Granovita do a dairy free whipping cream, I don't know whether that would be any good.
