Hi there Lousie,

Have never heard of first milk the only oat made milk drink I have heard of is Oatley. I can't remember where I found this but it was either in a Supermarket or Health Food Store.

Have you tried the online shops listed on this site, as they may be able to help?

Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Lan. ;)

Hi Louise

I've tried this milk and to be honest I don't like it as much as Oatly. It was thinner and separated more than Oatly does (very watery at the top and sludgy at the bottom - not easy to shake up once opened). I noticed it for sale in Morrisons last week but the packaging has changed recently. The wholesaler that I use appears to have stopped selling it but I do remember that it had a web site, the company also make dairy free ice cream under the 'First' trade name, though I have never seen any for sale. You might be able to find it if you search on Google. Have you asked in your local health food shop?

I had another look at Morrisons yesterday, I don't think it is called 'First Milk' any more, it is something like 'Oat Supreme' but definitely still made by First. Their web site should have more info (but I've just checked and it hasn't). The old pack was pale blue in colour but the new one is mainly white I think. If you're wanting oat milk I would definitely try Oatly which is more widely available.

Hi thanks for the advise. I havent been here for abit. There is also a new flavour juice type drink called 'for milk' which comes in different flavours and you put it in milk.I always have soya milk but dont like it on its own but if you put this drink flavour in it its lovely (like milkshakes) makes it thick,I got it from Asda but other supermarkets may stock it, give it a try and see what you think. :D

mmm gonna have to look that one up i think! i like the occassional milkshake, and buying it in a litre container means i either get sick of it trying to drink it all before it goes off, or i throw most of it out! the small individual ones just aren't big enough :(

i give myself the goal of using a litre of soya milk in a week to make sure that i'm on track with getting myself enough protein, keeping a strict eye on it at the mo as i've just starting working at night - trying to balance having enough to eat, also trying to lose weight, catch up with sleep.. blimey why is nothing in life simple?! lolz
