:D hello again!!! I am just drinking ' chocolate soya drink' mmm its really nice.I have also tried different flavours of soya drinks.Has anyone got a favourite one.Hope you are all well .thanks Lan for replying.Bye 4 now!!!!!!!

Are you drinking the Alpro chilled one or Provamel sOYa? (I think both are made by the same company anyway). sOYa comes in chocolate, strawberry and banana flavour and is usually available in packs of 3 x 200ml cartons in supermarkets and health food shops. I prefer the chocolate one of the three but I'm not keen on the UHT feeling that it leaves in your mouth (the sticky coating that gets left behind). Why not make your own by disolving a spoonful of cocoa and sugar in a little hot water then top up with chilled soya/alternative milk.
