Jamie's nursery has contacted me today as they want to use mini chocolate eggs at easter so i have agreed to supply my own dairy free ones. I have been looking on the internet at the various "Dairy free chocolate" sites but before i buy any i thought i would just ask if anyone has any favourites or recomendations.
Thanks in anitcipation.

It sounds like you need Whizzer's mini eggs.

Go here

to see a picture so you know what you are looking for :)

I have found them in a couple of health food shops in my area

They also stock them in my local Morrisons, so if you have one in your area it may be worth checking the free from section.

Yep, I'd go with whizzer mini eggs as well. You can get them in a lot of health food shops and my local holland and barratts also sends them. As Jill says they also sell them in Morrisons well they do at my parents but not sure if they do here.
As for online shops, I've always found alotofchocolate.co.uk to be very good.

Thankyou for your recommendations, exactly what we need and Jamie will love the Whizzers footballs!

You can buy dairy free mini eggs loose from A Lot Of Chocolate (the dark ones, not the milk ones). Although they are dark chocolate they are not bitter and I am sure that children would love them.

I subscribe to their newsletter as they do delicious dairy milk chocolate and white chocolate bars. Rumour has it that they are also trying to produce some full size dairy free milk chocolate Easter eggs this year.
