Hi, bit of a strange one, I sometimes get a itchy mouth, especially the top part. The only relief is to rub it with my tongue but the itch always comes back. It seems to be worse when I sneeze or blow my nose.
Any ideas??

I sometimes get that when I have hayfever in the summer.
It's usually a sign of some form of allergy.

That is allergy related.
Try eating an icy pole for relief. That's always worked for me.

i get this as well sometimes, roof of mouth and my tongue, but sometimes a few mins to an hr after eating dairy all of my gums will be sore and throbbing too. its very strange, like its cutting through the skin.

I get that from time to time. I always take it as a sign I am having an allergic response it often happens with an exposure to pollen. But sometimes I cant work out what has caused it so I just register it and think I wonder what it is in the air today.
