Hello to everyone on Dairy Free UK :) Thank you to Steve for giving us permission to post on this forum. We run a mail order company which we hope may be of interest to some of you. We welcome your suggestions and comments.

I believe I guilt tripped my Mum into sending me one of your Vegan Chocolate cakes for my birthday. It was absolutely delicious and froze very well:) (Also discovered you can drop them when in the box it was delivered in and still have a perfectly fine cake). Just a shame that dairy free cakes are so much more expensive than others, but I understand the need for that, just grumpy because it means I can't eat as much cake:)

There will be lots of dairy free cake samples to try and we will also have the 4" dairy free gift cakes available to buy at a special discounted rate. As they can all be frozen you may want to hang on to them for Christmas celebrations or forthcoming birthdays.

The flavours available will be chocolate, coffee, carrot and cinnamon, banana coconut lime, cranberry and almond as well as date and walnut. We will also have some double chocolate chip muffins and dairy free ‘cheese’ and spring onion scones to purchase too.

Dairy free doughnuts, I tried making some, they were not successful, I know from the cakes that yours will be superb!
