If my daughter is lactose and soya intolerant, does this also mean that the ingredient gluten is also a 'no-go'? I am very confused as to what she can and can't have, she is only 10 months old and have only been told off doctors (without confirmed tests) that she is lactose and soya intolerant. x
Thanks

Gluten is found in wheat, barley rye and oats. gluten and dairy and soya are very different things, people who have intolences or coeliac ( an illness which means you cant eat gluten) are sometimes also dairy or soya intolerant. In my opinion it is possible that early diagnosis might mean different patterns develop amongst your daughter's generation.

Pehaps even that they grow out of their intolerences if they are not eating the things that make them ill throughout childhood and less intolerences develop.
