Hello,
I am new to the dairy-free lifestyle, or perhaps more accurately I am a new returner having been told to avoid it as a child (we thought I had outgrown it. I had not). I was wondering whether there is anything vital that we are missing by avoiding dairy? I know it is not a necessary component of an adult humans diet but should I be conscious of eating things with calcium in or something? If so what???
Thanks xxxx

Welcome to the site.

There is a list of foods containing calcium here

I buy orange juice which contains calcium. I also use oat milk with added calcium.

I hope this helps.
