View Full Version : lactofree yoghurts
Wow, really enjoying the lactofree yoghurts! They've started selling them in Asda. Nice and creamy tasted and are strwaberry and rasp. They do have some a small lactose content, but I seem to be fine. Looking forward to trying the choc from Aldi. Thanks Cat!!

The lactofree cheese will probably still affect your son as the cheese is made from milk which contains everything but lactose.
I discovered the lactofree semi hard cheese in Morrisons the other week and I love it. It is the first cheese I have eaten in years that actually tastes like proper cheese, you can grate it and it melts. I have just finished the last of the pack off on toast with branston pickle. Tasted like heaven when you have gone without for so long. I've eaten the rest in sandwiches and on pizza and will certainly buy it again.
