Hey all,

I don't post often on here but I am a regular reader !

At work we have a policy that if its your birthday you bring in cakes for everyone else to eat. Usually people get doughnuts or cream cakes but yesterday one guy bought in a selection of Mr Kipling goodies and would you believe that the Almond Slices do not contain any milk !

Check out their nutritional info for yourself

I've told everyone that these are the ones people should buy so I can eat them in future. Sometimes people get me the free from choc muffins from tesco's but then I fill guilty eating the two pack to myself !!!

I'm off to buy a pack for the weekend !

Ooo that sounds good. I must put them on my shopping list. I deserve a treat :p

I have checked the ingredients list and they contain coconut flour. I have not got the courage to try coconut in any form since my nasty experience a couple of years ago.

Most of Mr K's products contain milk now. How annoying.
