Does anyone use liquid calcium

I am making my own soya milk at home now. I wonder if I can add in liquid calcium for sufficient daily calcium intake ??
Does anyone use this stuff and where to buy?:p

Have you asked your local health food shop about this? You have to be careful not to overdose on calcium as it can harm your kidneys I believe.

I just try to remember to take a calcium tablet a day. This should give me about half my daily dose. I assume that I get the rest from my oat milk with added calcium and orange juice with added calcium plus leafy green vegetables.

Quite a range of powdered supplements are available which you might be able to stir in in suspension.
