Hi everyone,

We are camping in France in the Summer (midi-pyrenneas and Paris) and wondered if anyone had any idea what products are available in French supermarkets. We usually use oat milk as Merrick can only tolerate small amounts of soya and likes soya cheese in sandwiches and on his rice pasta. I usually buy dietry specials bread. We will take as much as we can with us and have an electric cool box for the car, but wondered what the chances were of finding anything when we get there?

Thanks

Penny

Went to France last year. I dont buy oat milk etc just do without. Our house swap family directed me to a health food store where I bought rice flour, brown rice and other bits - they seemed to have much the same range.

Do you know anybody who lives in these areas who could direct you to a health food store? Some guide books may have this in listings, then you could contact them in advance to ask them what they stock.

Equally cant remember what was in supermarkets so not much use there, I seem to remember it being a more limited supply.
