Evening all :)
New here, but have to admit to lurking for a while ;) Was hooked the day I read the post that told me that Mr Kipling Almond slices were dairy free!!
I've known I had a dairy intolerance since around 25 (I'm 31 now) and my two boys (Jacob, 2 1/2 and Isaac, 11 months) both also have it. My husband doesn't get much of a look in on the dairy front!

Anyway, looking forward to reading and posting with you all,

Dairy free does not mean we have to starve or deprive ourselves of chocolate :lol2:

Some of us also struggle with a soya intolerance.
