View Full Version : Dairy free milk shake
I found some Simply Soy in Asda this week. It is a chococlate milk drink at 99p for a litre. It is quite thick and creamy and can be warmed up in the microwave to make hot chocolate. Not really a true chocolate flavour but nice for a sweet drink. Found with all the long life and soya milks.

:) Hi Pam, yep i go to Asda too,and find many soya and milkshakes there,Have you tried the new juice type drink called .for milk' and you just add it to the milk, as i dont like soya milk on its own. Hope you try it its nice, actually im drinking some of it now (lol) It comes in different flavours and kept with the drinks and pop etc.
I don't think it is something that I would buy really. We have some crusha milk shake flavouring at home for my son which is probably the same type of thing but I usually just stick some cocoa powder in to make chocolate drinks. I only bought the Simply Soy because my daughter wanted to try it - but she didn't like it anyway. I'm not a big fan of drinking milk and find that even the milk shakes made with soya leave a nasty feeling in your mouth. I'm a water drinker mainly (and should drink more).
