I know this is dairy free but I am also gluten free! I find it a nightmare to find products that are both and therefore belong to both sites, would love to create one that covered both!
Anyway just thought for all others like me, there is a new bread out that at the moment is only available in Tesco's in their free from section, that is called Genius and it is so wonderful! I can eat sandwiches and just eat bread for the first time without having to toast it to make it edible!
Bacon and egg sandwiches!!!! My fave....

My eldest daughter (not living at home any more) is dairy, wheat, gluten, egg and soya intolerant. She says that all free from bread is awful but the least awful is the one she makes herself using the Organ mix. I think the Genius bread contains egg so my daughter can't eat it.
She has learnt to cook and bake since she has developed all her intolerances.

That's a real shame, it does contain egg white. I e-mailed the website and asked if they will be doing any other products inc egg free! Awaiting reply! I do cook my own bread and cakes too, sometimes it's nice for the ease of it!
Take care

My daughter is ill at the moment (virus since February!) so it would be useful to buy bread rather then spend energy making her own.

I spoke to them and unfortunately they stated that that is what makes it so light and to this date although they keep trying they have not managed to find a replacement that gives it the lightness. I will keep my eye out for you!
I hope your daughter gets better soon.

Thanks for asking them. At least they are experimenting which is good.

Mrs Crimble's has also recently launched a fresh bread - its dairy, wheat, gluten and egg free but does have soya. Available in sainsbury's.

Thanks for that information. Sadly my daughter has a soya intolerance now. As you can imagine she is not happy about all of these intolerances.

Hi, I don't know what you have tried but I see a homeopath as does my husband to be. He suffers from Urticaria (hives) and she has been working with him on that (very successfully).
I will be doing further allergy testing with her because certain allergies cause others and unless that is helped then others will just get worse.
I found info on the fact that coeliacs often develop dairy intolerances due to the body being so damaged by gluten (often found as traces tec) that it can not cope with it. Though there is a possibility that if you go 100% gluten free and allow your body to heal that other allegies can be stopped.
Will keep you updated on progress as I have had it since I was born and would love to have a little more freedom. Have noticed the number of allergies increasing over the years!
Take care

There is also this new company who bake fresh bread - gluten, wheat, dairy, soya free (egg free on request). They are however based in London but say they are planning on doing mail order. http://www.boutiquebakehouse.com/page3.html

I avoid the tru free food now. They changed their recipes to include milk, advertising it as NEW IMPROVED FLAVOUR! Just another thing taken away. Though a little better for my figure!!!!!

Yes my daughter was very annoyed when they added milk to their biscuits. They said they were concentrating on wheat/gluten free customers. They lost a lot of dairy free customers but were not bothered.
