Funny you should ask that Louise, i am at present eating some.

I find that it is nice on pasta dishes, pizza and for cheese on toast. It does sort of melt I mean cheese on toast has to have the cheese sort of spread with a knife. It also contains quite a high fat contact (17g) but if you like a nice cheese this the one to try.

On the positive side I find it is a great cheese full of taste and flavour when used in meals, but seems to be an acquired taste. I think most on this website dislike the taste, but I am totally mad on it.

Let me know how it goes.

Lan.

I don't like cheezly and find that it doesn't melt. I've been told that you can grate it and mix it with a white sauce to make a cheesy sauce though. If I'm making anything with a cheese topping I use a Toffuti slice on top which will bubble and melt (but doesn't taste great).

Cheezly - yuk I will never buy that again. I am sticking to Tofutti slices.

None of these cheeses taste nice and I don't believe they will ever taste anything like real cheese. I am much happier now that I have accepted that fact - pity it took two years :(
