I saw that there was a recipe here already for Chocolate mousse, but mine is a wee bit different. (This recipe serves 8)

Ingredients:
185g dark chocolate (I use Lindt)
3 eggs, separated
110g icing sugar
1½ tablespoons Cointreau /Grand Marnier
60ml prepared coffee
Zest 1/2 orange
100ml melted soya butter (I use Pure Soya Butter)

Method:
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water until smooth; cool.
Beat the egg yolks and sifted icing sugar in a small bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
Whisk in the liqueur, coffee, chocolate, orange zest and then melted butter.
Beat the eggwhites in a small bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture in two batches.
Spoon the mixture into eight serving glasses or serving dishes then cover and refrigerate until set.
Serve topped with strawberries couli. I make this by blending a handful of strawberries with 2 tbsp of icing sugar.
