Hello! I'm new, and I just wanted to share my story. :) I've had a dairy allergy since I was born, (I'm 14) so I've never tasted milk in my whole life! (Only when I was a baby, and I was getting rashes and stuff, and my mum took me to the doctors, and we found out what was wrong). When I was younger I used to hate the fact I couldn't have dairy, and I hated watching other people eat what ever they wanted but now my view has totally changed. I grew out of my egg allergy years ago, and I realised that I'm quite glad to have dairy out of my life. It's quite a healthy diet to be honest! Also restaurants and stores have definitely improved and come a long way to help cater for allergies, which is lovely to see :). When I tell people I have a dairy allergy, they are always like "that's well bad, how do you cope". But it's soooo easy! At least I don't scoff my face with chocolate and rubbish. Anyway, being dairy free is cool beans! woooo!
