When I saw the dietieon last week for my L she told me to stop using rice-milk as it turns into a toxin after so long called arsenic

I have been research this ever since and thought I should share some of the information I have found. I will be using oat-milk from know on as he alternative milk drink as she is already being affected by the estogen levels that are in soya milk so I am trying to lower her soya intake by finding other alternatives to give her. Hope this is useful to others

Some information I have about about rice-milk. They are all from some point this year so are up-to-date advice. Hope you find it as useful as I have.

There is loads of sites with information I typed rice milk arsenic and also the other search I did was advice against rice milk. Hope this is helpfully and it has helped me make decided that I am going to try LC on different milks, I know she likes oat milk so if it comes to it I will be sticking with that as a dirnk instead of having her on a full soya diet which I have also been adviced against because fo the estrogen in soya as she already has a higher than normal estrogen level and that is coursing her to start developing early

There is also a chance that she might develop a problem with soya. This has happened to me and my daughter despite trying to keep soya to a reasonable level.

The best thing is to try and rotate milks so it lessens the chance of developing a problem with one of them.

I wish I had not developed a soya intolerance as soya is in so many things. I have to be careful and always try to eat a small a amount of food which contains soya lecithin. Anything which contains soya flour etc is off my menu.
