Tesco

I asked my local store if it would be possible to get a list of all there products that are diary free and they are going ot send me a list out. But while I was in the store the lady walked around the store and pointed out a few cerals thatare diary free. I ended a box or rice-snaps as a box I bought the other day contain milk which surprised me. The tesco rice-snaps ingredients are:
Rice, sugar, salt, barley malt extract, iron, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin b6, riboflavin, thiamin, folic acid, vitamin d and vitamin b12

Will add other essentials to the list once I have bought them from tescos as all the help I can give will be so rewarding to us all

I had one of their lists a few years ago and was surpised at how long it was, until I saw the endless pages of fresh fruit and veg :D

i emailed tesco on the weekend and fair play to them first thing this morning they replied with a list.. 110 pages and a lot of it is so obviously dairy free im shocked they even put it on the list... incase anyone wants it ive uploaded it to my website so click on the link below to view, or right click on the link and click save as to save it to your pc
