Ingredients
9oz Plain Flour
6oz Goats Butter
3oz Caster Sugar
1 tbs Soya Milk
Directions
1.Pre-heat oven at 170 degrees
2.Soften Goats butter in microwave for 10 Seconds
3.Sieve flour & sugar together into a mixing bowl
4.Break Goats butter into small pieces
5.Rub butter into flour & sugar, until it resembles breadcrumbs then add Soya Milk so it binds into a firm dough.
6.Divide mixture into 2 and place into two 7 Inch Sandwich Tins and mark with a knife into sections.
7.Use a fork to prick holes on each section.
8.Place into oven and bake for 20 minutes until pale & golden
