Hi i'm just woundering if anyone has experienced some kind of hairloss or alopecia whilst eating soya/soya products.Any ideas?? :o
Hi Starburst,
I have had no problems with hair loss since eating soya products, in fact thinking about it my hair has thinned slightly, but nothing to worry about. My hairdresser told me it was normal as you progress through the years.
Keep us posted.

Hi there
I have found a website about women who lose their hair
Women who lose their Hair (http://www.channel4.com/health/microsites/H/health/magazine/illness/skin_hair.html)
any they say that Soya products actually help prevent chronic telogen effluvium CTE (which is all-over thinning of the hair).
The cause of CTE is uncertain and some of the research surrounding the condition is controversial. One theory is that it may be due to a lack of iron – probably not enough to cause anaemia but sufficient to disrupt the normal cycle of hair loss and growth. So eating iron-rich foods, such as liver, kidney, branflakes and soya products, or taking supplements, may help.
I hope this helps!!
