Happy to hear that the site has helped you, my name is Lan and I am the website owner. I have been dairy intolerant for 8 years and know exactly what it's like at the start for a new diet. When I was diagnosed there was very little help available and it took me 2-3 years to get diagnosed. Hence I set up the website to help people like myself.
