somone gave me this recipe a few months ago, i was sceptical of the idea of cooking a cake in a microwave or swapping cows milk for soy milk but it worked.. not the best quality cake in the world but for a cake you can make, cook and eat in five mins its awesome :p

one thing to note: you do need a large nug for this.. if you have standard mugs split it into two or use a cereal bowl. it rises that much that in a standard mug itll be like a volcano

CHOCOLATE CAKE IN A MUG

4 TABLESPOONS SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS COCOA POWDER
1 EGG
3 TABLESPOONS SOY MILK

A FEW CHOCOLATE CHIPS

A: PUT THE FLOUR, SUGAR, COCOA POWDER AND EGG IN A LARGE MUG AND MIX

B: ADD THE MILK, VEGETABLE OIL AND VANILLA EXTRA AND MIX

C: MIX IN THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS

D: PLACE THE MUG UNCOVERED IN A MICROWAVE ON HIGH POWER FOR 2 TO 3 MIN - DEPENDING ON MICROWAVE

E: ALLOW TO COOL, THEN TIP OUT OF THE MUG
