I have just put my 4 year old son on a dairy free diet. Is Bisto Gravy Granules Dairy Free?

Bisto granules contain E322 which is lecithin, this may or may not be milk derived (though in most cases is soya based). So no definite answer there - maybe the manufacturers can tell you. The other ingredients are all ok.

Hi all,

I use Bisto granules on a regular basis and have had no affect as of yet. However I am only intolerant to dairy products.

Hope this helps.

Lan.
