My husband is on a non-dairy diet and we have recently started buying Soya Soleil from the local supermarket, as they do not now stock other brands of Soya milk. We have found that it curdles in coffee, whether it is put in first or added after the water. It is perfectly OK in tea. Any solutions?

I agree - I have recently been put on a dairy-free diet, and am struggling to find a "nice" soya milk to add to tea and coffee. I used to love milk, and find it extremely difficult to take tea/coffee without any. If anyone has used an alternative milk which tastes nice in coffee/tea then I'd be very interested in knowing what it is!

Thanks in advance
Debbie

I'm completely dairy free and tend to use either Asda's sweetened soya (cheap and tastes good, but sometimes splits in cofee) or some imported Soya milk powder that mixes up to a very tasty and creamy milk and never splits.

Someone once told me soya mix splits due to a reaction with the acid in coffee?
