Hi,
I'm new to this site so HI :p
I've discovered over the last year that I have an intolerance to dairy, and having testing lactose free items and still getting symptoms even if a little milder I know its dairy as a whole which I would like to avoid.
I know that supermarkets have some products but they are quite limited, so I was wondering if anyone knows any websites or stores in London (I live in South West but work in West as well as out into Surrey and TW postal code too so any of these would be good) that have a wider variety of dairy free products to chose from?
Thanks for your help
:)

Hi and welcome to the site.

Supermarkets are the places with the largest selection of dedicated free from foods. Some health food shops also sell dairy free foods. Some of the independent health food shops are happy to order things in for you.

It really depends what you are looking for.

Some "ordinary" foods in supermarkets are dairy free.

This is a firm which sells foods etc for a number of food intolerances. They have recently added a horrible robot woman who speaks when you go to the site.
