Hi

Has anyone else tried the "Nakd" range of fruit/nut bars? I've been buying the Cashew Cookie variety from sainsburys for a couple of weeks. They are wheat free, gluten free and dairy free. The only ingredients in the Cashew Cookie is cashew nuts and dates, all pressed together without baking or adding other ingredients. Very tasty.

I've just discovered their website this morning http://www.naturalbalancefoods.co.uk/ and have ordered a box for myself. Free delivery in UK no matter what you order. They seem to have a good range but only seen two flavours in the supermarket so far.

Worth trying if you're looking for a healthy snack.

Some of them sound very nice. Perhaps after my free from nearly everything, including sugar diet, I can try some.

Definately worth trying. I had a "free from everything" weekend after eating something with milk in last week. Its been a while since I was that ill. Now I'm just hungry, so I've treated myself to a big order from A lot of Chocolate...
