Hey All,
My son is 10 months and I have just been told he needs to have a Dairy & Soya Free Diet. He has been given milk prescribed by doctor, but if I am honest am finding it very hard to find foods for him to eat and it seems very overwhelming.
To say my doctors is not very helpful is an understatement and to date he has not been referred to a dietician or for any tests.
I am really looking at any advise anyone can give, I have been told you can get lists from Sainsbury's and Tesco's on their products that are Dairy & Soya Free but does anyone know of any recipe books going? Also as his 1st birthday is coming up I was wondering about a birthday cake for him?
Any help would be much appreciated x :confused:
