Rhys is taking around 15-20oz of formula in 24 hours, he should be taking abit more for his age but he hates the Neocate so we are lucky we get that down him. He is settling the last few days though and seems abit happier.

He is also on 3 solids a day which he wolfs down and loves.

My question is what foods can I introduce from 6 months? with my frist son I introduced dairy and gluten at this age but obviously I cannot make his milk intake up with dairy products so what else can i try from 6 months? DO I have to avoid gluten until 1 year because he has this milk intollerance or is it just 6 months like normal?

Julie,

My advice would be to speak to your Health Advisor, Dietician or Doctor about when the time is right to being in allergens.

On this site however there are a list of foods that contain less allergens, no milk, wheat etc and I thought they may be helpful for you. They are listed under products and there are nearly 50 of them, most of which I think can be given to children after 6 months of age. I have included ages in the product information.

Good Luck and Kind Regards,

Lan.
