steve, do you hold email addresses for every user?
if so can you generate a weekly email that lists either top topics or a short note on what's going on? then send it to everyone. we need to get some of these 400 lurkers to become more active. just thought that atleast some will have forgotten about site or don't visit for whatever reason. an email might get them to revisit and see if they will stay.
lots will probably never return or will have changed email etc but we might get a few more to log on more often. especially now the site's been changed.
