Scottish Shortbread

Mad as it may seem, but whilst staying in a hotel in Scotland a few years ago I found a really good brand of shortbread that was dairy free. But I can't remember the manufacturer and have been fruitlessly searching ever since :( .

Can anyone help me out please?

I'm not sure about Scottish shortbread, but Somerfield do shortbread biscuit, their own brand, that are nice.

probably not what you want to hear but shortbread very easy to make. your easiest solution would be to bite the bullet and just make some using dairy free spread.

then you know exactly whats in it and how fresh it is. now more fruitless searching. trouble is then you'll want it all the time and it'll just be a matter of knocking out another batch. what the waistline expand!
