1 tsp of grated ginger
1 finely chopped de-seeded chilli
Equipment Needed:
Chopping Board

Tablespoon
Step 1: Heat the soya sauce, dry sherry and the sugar till dissolved and remove from the heat.
Step 2: Add in the grated ginger and the chopped chilli

Step 4: Grill the salmon, brushing any remainder of the marinade over the salmon when cooking for 8 minutes.

Tip: This method can be used for any fish and is also very tasty with chicken. Personal preference: when using with meat, I would recommend that you add to cloves of minced garlic to the marinade.
