Low Fat Chicken

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 10 mins
Cooking Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large onion
20 baby tomatoes, halved
5 cloves of garlic, minced
Mixed Herbs
Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar


Equipment Needed:
Chopping Board
Knife
Large Piece of Baking Foil
Baking Tray

Step 1: Place the pieces of chicken onto the foil (on a baking tray) and curl up the edges so that the liquid ingredients don't spill out

Step 2: Place everything over the chicken and seal over the foil (so it looks like a parcel and nothing can escape during cooking)

Step 3: Place in an oven at 180°c for 25 mins.

Step 4: Remove from the oven carefully, and you will find that the juices and the baked tomatoes have made a nice gravy for serving.
