Cream intolerance

My husband has an extremely bad reaction if he eats any food which contains cream. He has a severe pain around the stomach area and his stomach becomes bloated. Sometimes he is sick. The pain last normally for three to five hours. Other milk products do not seem to have any bad effect on him. Does anyone know what this is?

This could be due to the fact that cream contains an ingredient, that is not found in other dairy produce.

I am unable to eat all dairy produce, due to the fact that they contain one or more of the same ingredients. My advice is to speak to your doctor, or a dietician and they may be able to solve the mystery.
