I now have a big smile on my face. Having suffered for many years with different food intolerances and now discovered that dairy products are a major factor (and suspected for many months) I have been dairy free for approx 6 weeks. It is brilliant to find this site and find where I can get dairy substitutes especially as I miss cheese and milk a lot. One of my dughters is also showing the same tendancies (but not as strongly as myself at the mo). Thanks. :D

My name is Lan and I am the owner of this website, and living in the welsh valleys I know how hard it can be to find substitutes.

I set this website up to help other people like myself, who suffer with dairy allergies/intolerances and don't know where to start. I know myself that those 1st few weeks, months even, are the hardest.
