View Full Version : Stork Margerine
I have been using block Stork margerine for Cakes Biscuits etc with great results. Only the block is dairy free though, the tubs you can buy arn't dairy free. ^_^

This could be great as it'll be easier to make pastry with block marg rather than Pure soft marg. Thanks.
I have made pastry and cakes sucessfully with the stork block and at 29p a pack its a snip!

I use blocks of solid vegetable fat (don't know what make, I've used a few) and it works very well for pastry - makes it nice and crisp, just like lard, without the cholesterol.
